Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. You’ll receive the exact design and specs listed (metal purity, carat weight, diamond grade). Images may be enlarged; check the dimensions. Slight color variance can occur by screen.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We email your receipt immediately after checkout. You can also download it in My Account → Orders → View/Invoice (guests: use the link in the email).

How can I return an item?

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags/seal, original box, and any certificates. Custom sizes, engraved items, and pierced earrings are non-returnable (hygiene/personalization). Start a request in My Account or contact support.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Core pieces are restocked within 2–4 weeks. Many designs can be made to order (7–10 business days). Limited/one-of-a-kind pieces may not return—use Notify Me to get an alert.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship UK-wide and to most countries via insured, trackable couriers (e.g., DHL/UPS). UK delivery 1–2 business days; international 3–7. No PO Boxes. Duties/taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.
