1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7-10 business days of purchase.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Custom-made, engraved, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (if worn).

  • Custom-designed jewelry.

  • Gift cards.

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets return eligibility.

  • If the desired item is of higher value, you may pay the difference.

  • If of lower value, the difference will be refunded.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
